At this time, the editors are not considering special issue proposals for a variety of time, budget, and practical reasons. A special request for future consideration may be made to the managing editor. However, in the future, special issues will be severely limited in size due to budget and time constraints. Only a small cohesive group of short papers will be considered. Note that requests must emphasize the thematic and timely nature of the issue.
