We have contracted with a local hotel for a reduced rate and transportation to the conference. The Comfort Inn Dulles International Airport in Herndon , VA is holding rooms for the PACROFI meeting at a rate of $129.00 plus tax. They provide a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel, and will provide a free shuttle from the hotel to the USGS . They can be reached at (703) 437-7555, and tell them that you are a PACROFI attendee in order to get the lower rate.
The only hotel within walking distance from the USGS National Center is the Sheraton Reston Hotel, which is approximately one mile away. There are two other Reston hotels, the Hyatt Regency Reston and Reston Town Center, and a Homestead Studio Suites Hotel. There are several less expensive choices in the adjacent town of Herndon, VA.
